Integrative Health

At SkimWellness, we believe your health is rarely explained by one symptom, one lab value, or one system alone. Integrative health looks at the bigger picture: how nutrition, digestion, stress, sleep, movement, hormones, medications, medical history, and lifestyle may interact and influence how you feel.

Our dietitians take an evidence-based, whole-person approach to care. Rather than simply asking, “What should you eat?”, we work to understand the patterns and contributing factors behind your symptoms so that nutrition recommendations can be individualized, practical, and sustainable.

Whether you’re navigating digestive concerns, hormone-related symptoms, chronic fatigue, inflammation, autoimmune conditions, or simply feeling “off” despite doing many of the right things, our goal is to help you better understand your body and create a plan that supports your health without unnecessary restriction or overwhelm.

Integrative care at SkimWellness is not about chasing quick fixes or adding endless supplements. It’s about combining nutrition science with lifestyle medicine, appropriate lab interpretation, collaboration with your healthcare team, and foundational habits that support long-term well-being.
